We do that by “treating every customer in such a way that, when the interaction is over, the customer can’t wait to tell someone else how great the experience was.” Since we stated in 1989 we’ve done just that.  Our customers have responded by telling their relatives, friends, neighbors and coworkers all about us. That’s how we’ve been able to grow and continue to grow today.  Just saying “Thank You,” doesn’t seem like enough for such amazing community support, so we’ve created our New Customer Referral Program. 

When you refer a new customer to Albemarle Heating & Air you’ll receive:

• A $10 gift card they use us for any service work.
• A $20 gift card if they join our Health, Safety, and Comfort Club.
• A $50 gift card if they have us install a new heating and air conditioning system.

There’s also something for your relative, friend, neighbor or coworker as well:

• $25 off any service call or apply to towards a Health, Safety, and Comfort Club membership.
• $250 off the purchase of any complete system replacement. 

There are two ways to register a new customer referral:

1. Use a New Customer Gift Card. Just write your name on the back and have your relative, friend, neighbor and coworker turn in the card at the time of service and your gift card will be on the way.
2. Visit our website, and complete the Contact Albemarle Heating & Air Today and under Message please write New Customer Referral followed by the name and address of the new customer.

Are You & Your Friend Eligible for HVAC Customer Referral?

Are you a current customer of Albemarle Heating & Air that has come to us for HVAC services in the past two years? If so, your friend is eligible for the HVAC customer referral program as long as they are not taking advantage of another special offer, such as BOGO, discounts, or another promotion; don’t worry, you will still get your reward regardless.
