HVAC Installation Apprentice

We are the largest and fastest growing, 100% employee-owned company in the Charlottesville area, and are looking for a dynamic HVAC Installation Apprentice to join our team.

The HVAC Installation Apprentice we select will apply technical skills and knowledge to remove, install, start up and troubleshoot new systems. In addition, this person will install heating and air conditioning systems within residential settings. If you have the experience, initiative, and willingness to learn, we would like to talk to you.

HVAC Installation Apprentice Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends
• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Self-motivated and driven to complete tasks within set time constraints
• Possess the hand tools necessary to perform the job
• Registered with the state apprenticeship program (preferred, but not required)

All candidates are also required to undergo pre-employment drug screening and employment background checks.
